01 General Introduction

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between the bajebd platform (bajebd.biz) and its members. bajebd is an internationally licensed online betting and gaming service provider.

These Terms & Conditions are available in both English and Bengali. However, in the event of any legal dispute, the original English version shall prevail. bajebd reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time, and members will be notified of any changes wherever reasonably possible.

These Terms & Conditions apply to all services on bajebd, including Sports Betting, Live Betting, casino games, virtual sports, jackpots, and promotional offers.

02 Account registration

To open an account on bajebd, you must provide accurate and truthful information. Registering with false details is strictly prohibited and may result in account termination.

Information required for registration:

• Full legal name (as it appears on your National ID)
• Active mobile number
• Date of birth (must be 18 years of age or older)
• A strong password (minimum 8 characters)

Each individual may register only one account. Opening multiple accounts under the same name, from the same IP address, or from the same device is strictly prohibited.

Bajebd may request additional documentation to verify a member's identity at any time. Failure to provide the required documents promptly may result in temporary account suspension.

03 Age Requirement & Eligibility

All bajebd services are strictly for adults aged 18 and above. Participation by minors is completely prohibited.

If a member registers using a false age and is later found out, the account will be immediately closed and all funds in the account will be forfeited.

04 Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

Deposit:

• Minimum deposit: ৳200
• Maximum daily deposit: ৳5,00,000
• Accepted payment methods: Mobile Pay, Nagad, Rocket, and approved bank transfers
• Deposits are generally credited to your account instantly
• Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name only

Withdrawal:

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500
• Maximum daily withdrawal: ৳2,00,000
• Withdrawals are typically processed within 15–30 minutes
• Withdrawals must be made using the same payment method used for the deposit
• Large withdrawals may be subject to additional verification

05 Betting Rules

The following rules apply at all times when placing bets on bajebd.

General betting rules:

• Minimum bet: ৳50; maximum bet is determined by the specific event
• Confirmed bets cannot be changed or cancelled
• All pre-match bets close before the match begins
• Odds in live betting are subject to change at any time
• Bets will be refunded if a match is abandoned or cancelled

Accumulator bet rules:

• A maximum of 20 selections can be added to a single accumulator
• If one selection is voided, it will be removed and the bet settled on the remaining selections
• Two different markets from the same match cannot be combined in the same accumulator

Cash Out Rules:

• The cash out feature is available on selected events
• The cash out amount may be less than or greater than the original stake
• Bajebd reserves the right to suspend the cash-out feature at any time

06 Bonus & Promotion Terms

Bajebd offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers. Each bonus has its own specific terms, which are detailed in full on the promotions page.

Welcome Bonus Terms:

• 100% bonus on your first deposit, up to ৳5,000
• A minimum deposit of ৳500 is required to qualify for a bonus
• An 8x wagering requirement must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn
• You have 30 days to complete the wagering requirement
• Only Sports Betting wagers will count toward the wagering requirement

General bonus policy:

• Bonuses cannot be used simultaneously; the next bonus becomes available only after the current one is completed
• Completing the wagering requirement is mandatory before withdrawing bonus winnings
• When a bonus is active, your regular balance will be used first
• Bajebd reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time

07 Prohibited activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on bajebd. Any violation will result in immediate account closure and possible forfeiture of your balance.

• Opening or operating more than one account
• Opening an account using another person's identity or information
• Attempting to abuse bonus offers or exploit loopholes in the system
• Placing bets using match-fixing arrangements or insider information
• Money laundering or suspicious financial transactions
• Attempting to hack or manipulate any software on the platform
• Placing bets using bots or automated software
• Harassing other members or staff

08 Account closure & suspension

Bajebd reserves the right to temporarily or permanently suspend any account for the following reasons:

• For breach of terms and conditions
• If prohibited activity is detected
• If KYC verification has not been completed
• Upon the member's own request to close the account
• After extended inactivity (12 months)

Members can request to close or temporarily suspend their account at any time through the support team. A maintenance fee of ৳50 per month may apply to inactive accounts.

09 Limitation of Liability

Bajebd strives to provide the most reliable service possible. However, our liability is limited in certain circumstances:

• Losses caused by technical errors or server downtime
• Delays due to issues with third-party payment providers
• If a bet is not confirmed due to an internet connection issue
• Issues caused by incorrect data from the odds feed provider

Bajebd is not obligated to pay out bets placed on clearly erroneous odds or incorrect information. In such cases, bajebd reserves the right to void the bet and return the stake to the member's balance.

10 Privacy & Data Protection

Bajebd is committed to protecting members' personal information. We never sell your data to third parties.

• Information may be shared with law enforcement agencies where required

12 Amendments to Terms & Enforceability
